About Lost Shambhala

A: Lost Shambhala is a crystal jewelry brand built around a simple idea — that what you wear every day should mean something. We curate hand-strung natural stone pieces designed for real life: the commute, the meeting, the quiet morning before the day starts. Every piece in our collection starts at $29, because intention shouldn't require a special occasion.

A: We're a small team operating across time zones, with our fulfillment centers in China and our brand vision rooted in the American everyday. We ship internationally, and all orders include free shipping — no thresholds, no fine print.

A: Shambhala is a concept that has meant "the place you're searching for" across many cultures and traditions — the idea that somewhere, something is quietly aligned. We borrowed that feeling, not the mythology. Lost Shambhala is about the version of your life that's coming together, piece by piece. We make jewelry for the person building it.

A: To make thoughtfully curated crystal jewelry accessible without compromise — natural stones, intentional design, honest pricing. We believe the right piece on your wrist can quietly anchor you to what you're working toward. That's it. No elaborate story, no inflated prices. From $29, for the life you're building.

About Our Products

A: We carry bracelets, necklaces, and anklets — all featuring natural stones, curated by Lost Shambhala. Our collection spans three price points: entry pieces from $29 for everyday wear, signature pieces at $45 with deeper stone narratives, and premium pieces at $69 designed for gifting or keeping for years. Every SKU has a specific stone, scene, and intention behind it.

A: Yes. Every piece in our current collection uses genuine natural stones — red agate, moonstone, moss agate, raw fluorite, raw rose quartz, citrine, tiger eye, jade, and freshwater pearl, among others. We don't use synthetic substitutes or dyed imitations. The variation you see between pieces — in color, texture, pattern — is the stone itself. That's not a flaw. That's the point.

A: Start with what you're drawn to, not what you think you should want. A few starting points:

  • New to crystal jewelry, want something simple: LS-B014 Red Agate Protection Cord Bracelet — $29, adjustable, easy to stack or wear alone.
  • Want something with a story: LS-N003 Raw Crystal Necklace — four stone options, no two alike, $45.
  • For quieter evenings or restless minds: LS-B004 Moonlight Calm Bracelet — moonstone and clear quartz, $45.
  • For someone going through a transition: LS-B005 Moss Agate Growth Bracelet — new beginnings niche, $45.
  • A gift that says something without being loud: LS-B001 Citrine + Tiger Eye Abundance Bracelet — $69, natural 8mm dual stone, the one people keep.

A: Yes. LS-B006 Men's Jade Grounding Bracelet was designed specifically for that — dark jade with black onyx, clean and understated, built for high-pressure days. It's our only men's-first piece at $45, and it works well as a Father's Day gift or a self-purchase for the person who doesn't usually buy jewelry.

A: Depends on your budget and who you're buying for. A few honest picks:

  • Under $30: LS-B014 Red Agate Protection Cord Bracelet — $29, adjustable fit, no sizing guesswork, striking enough to feel intentional.
  • $45 sweet spot: LS-B004 Moonlight Calm or LS-N003 Raw Crystal Necklace — both have enough of a story that the recipient feels the thought behind it.
  • Splurge with meaning: LS-B001 Citrine + Tiger Eye Abundance Bracelet — $69, two natural stones in one piece, the one that photographs well and wears even better.
  • For couples: LS-B007 His-and-Hers Sailor Rope Bracelets — $69, designed to be worn together.

For Father's Day specifically: LS-B006 Men's Jade Grounding Bracelet ($45) or LS-B014 ($29) both ship in time if ordered by mid-June. See our Shipping section for exact cutoff timing.

A: Most of our bracelets are adjustable via a sliding knot or adjustable cord — no clasp sizing required. LS-B014 (Red Agate Protection Cord) and LS-B007 (His-and-Hers Sailor Rope) both use a tightening knot system that fits most wrist sizes. Specific size ranges are listed on each product page. If you're between sizes or buying as a gift, adjustable pieces are always the safer call.

About Our Craft

A: Our pieces are hand-strung and assembled using natural stone beads, genuine cords, and metal findings — curated and quality-checked by Lost Shambhala before they reach you. LS-B014 and LS-B007 feature knotted cord construction that tightens under tension, the same sailor's technique used in durable everyday wear. LS-N003's raw stone pendant is wire-set to hold the rough natural form of the stone without cutting it down.We don't manufacture in-house. We work with skilled artisans and select the pieces that meet our material and construction standards — that's what "curated by Lost Shambhala" means in practice.

A: Our pieces are made by skilled artisans and curated by Lost Shambhala. We source directly, evaluate each design against our material standards (genuine stones, durable construction, honest finishing), and carry only the pieces that pass. We won't tell you they're made by us — they're not. We will tell you that every piece in our collection is one we'd wear ourselves.

A: It means we selected it, tested it, and stand behind it. We start from the stone — is it genuine? Does the cut or raw form show what makes the material interesting? Then the construction — is the stringing durable enough for daily wear? Then the design — does it have a specific scene, a person it's right for, a reason to exist beyond "it's a bracelet"? Pieces that don't clear all three don't make the collection. That's the edit.

A: Most of them, yes — with reasonable care. Our cord bracelets (LS-B014, LS-B007, LS-B005, LS-B006) are built for daily wear. Gold-plated pieces (LS-A010, LS-B002) will show wear faster if exposed to water, sweat, or product regularly — see our Care section for specifics. Raw stone pieces (LS-N003) are best treated gently given the wire-set construction. If you're looking for a true "never take it off" piece, LS-B014 is the most wear-resistant option in our collection.

Shipping & Delivery

A: We ship from our fulfillment centers in China. We're transparent about this. Delivery to the US typically takes 8–12 business days via standard shipping, or 5–8 business days via express. Orders include free shipping — no minimum order required.

A: After payment confirmation, orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Then:

  • Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5–8 business days

Delivery estimates can shift slightly due to customs processing, holidays, or peak seasons. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

A: Yes. We ship to most countries. Delivery times vary by destination — US is 8–12 business days standard; other regions may differ. All orders include free shipping regardless of destination.

A: Possibly, depending on your country. For US orders, most low-value jewelry shipments clear customs without additional duties — but we can't guarantee it, as customs rules change and vary by jurisdiction. If your country does assess duties or import taxes, those charges are the customer's responsibility. We'll provide all necessary customs documentation with your shipment.

A: Father’s Day 2026 is June 21 in the United States. To receive your order by then, we recommend ordering by June 5 via standard shipping or by June 12 via express shipping. Our men’s-focused pick is LS-B006 Men’s Jade Grounding Bracelet at $45. For a more accessible gift, LS-B014 Red Agate Protection Cord Bracelet starts at $29.

Materials & Care

A: Every piece uses genuine natural stones — no synthetic substitutes, no dyed imitations. Our current collection includes: red agate, moonstone, clear quartz, moss agate, raw rose quartz, raw fluorite (blue-green), black onyx, jade, citrine, tiger eye, and freshwater pearl. Metal findings are gold-plated (18K plating on pieces like LS-A010 and LS-B002) or stainless-accented where applicable. Cords are waxed or braided natural fiber.

A: The natural stone components are generally well-tolerated. Metal findings vary by piece — gold-plated components are nickel-reduced but not fully nickel-free. If you have a known metal sensitivity, cord and natural stone pieces (LS-B014, LS-N003 cord versions, LS-B007) are the safer options. We recommend reviewing the specific materials listed on each product page before purchasing if you have sensitivities.

A: Not fully. Natural stone and cord pieces can handle occasional light moisture, but prolonged water exposure — swimming, showering, heavy sweating — will degrade the cord and potentially affect stone finish over time. Gold-plated pieces (LS-A010, LS-B002) should be kept dry to preserve the plating. The most water-resistant piece in our collection is LS-B014 (waxed cord + agate), but we'd still recommend removing it before swimming.

A: A few simple rules that extend the life of any piece:

  • Remove before swimming, showering, or applying lotion, perfume, or sunscreen
  • Wipe stones with a soft, dry cloth after wear
  • Store in a pouch or box to prevent tangling or scratching
  • For gold-plated pieces: avoid contact with chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals
  • For cord pieces: if the cord gets wet, lay flat to dry — don't pull or stretch while damp

Natural stone pieces don't need special cleaning. A dry wipe is enough.

About Crystals

A: We want to be straightforward with you on this one. The experiences people describe when wearing crystal jewelry — a sense of calm, a feeling of grounding, a moment of clarity — are real experiences. Whether the stone is the cause, or whether the intention behind choosing and wearing it creates that effect, is something science hasn't settled. What we know: these are genuine natural stones with distinct visual characters and long histories of use in personal adornment across cultures. We make no medical claims about any piece in our collection. These pieces are intended as symbolic and aesthetic complement to your wellness practices, not a substitute for professional medical care.If wearing a moonstone bracelet to bed helps you wind down, we think that's worth something. We just won't pretend we know exactly why.

A: We associate each stone with a scene or state of mind — not as a prescription, but as a starting point for choosing what resonates. A few from our current collection:

  • Red Agate (LS-B014): grounding, steadiness, protection — the everyday anchor
  • Moonstone (LS-B004): calm, quiet, end-of-day decompression — for restless minds
  • Moss Agate (LS-B005): growth, new beginnings, forward motion — for transitions
  • Citrine (LS-B001): warmth, confidence, abundance — the one people gift when they want to say "I believe in you"
  • Tiger Eye (LS-B001): clarity, courage, focus — pairs with citrine for reason
  • Jade (LS-B006): balance, resilience — the stone men have worn across centuries without needing an explanation
  • Rose Quartz (LS-N003 option): softness, self-acceptance, quiet presence
  • Fluorite (LS-N003 option): mental clarity, focus, the stone for the overcrowded mind

A: Yes, and many of our pieces are designed with stacking in mind. LS-B014 (cord bracelet) pairs naturally with any bead bracelet — it's thin enough to layer without competing. LS-B002 Parisian Stack Bracelet includes a gold chain element that anchors a stack. LS-N003 as a necklace layers well with dainty chains or worn alone as a statement. If you're building a stack, start with one piece that has the most visual weight, and layer inward from there.
