Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a short time for the tracking number to update after it is issued.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship internationally from our fulfillment centers in China.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days
Express Shipping: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on every order.

There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility. Lost Shambhala is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid import duties.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

If your tracking information has not updated immediately, please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier system to refresh.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Lost Shambhala is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at lostshambhala@lostshambhala.com.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at lostshambhala@lostshambhala.com with your order number.

We will help you check the tracking status and work with the carrier when needed.
