Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Lost Shambhala piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unworn and unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Original tags, cards, or accessories must be included
- The item must not be damaged by customer wear or improper care

Free Returns

We offer free returns for eligible items.

There are no restocking fees. We cover the return shipping cost for approved returns.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at lostshambhala@lostshambhala.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and send you a prepaid return shipping label if your return is approved.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Drop the package off at your nearest carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees, if any were paid for express shipping upgrades, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Sale items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by customer wear, misuse, or improper care
- Items returned without original packaging or required accessories

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at lostshambhala@lostshambhala.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A clear photo of the packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for your original order and place a new order.
